You need not to turn anything on anymore, the sensor automatically registers the movement and the light switches on immediately for 100%. The sensor light automatically swithces off after the time predeterminated, the default setting is 40 sec.
LED chips are involved directly in the light, you don´t have to worry about the bulbs being stolen.
